Cub Scout Bookends

Wolf Requirement 5E requires the cub scout to make something useful. Here are the instructions for making simple bookends.
- Each scout gets two 9 inch - 1 x 4 inch pine
- Each cuts the two into 4 inch and 5 inch pieces using a Miter Box.
- The 5 inch piece goes into the jig first. The 4 inch piece rests on top of the jig where you glue and nail.
- Glue a rock onto the 4 inch base of the bookend.
